Mentoring is natural, if not a passion, for all four of these doctors.
Each one of these doctors has a unique story. We’re going to start by having each one share some of that story with us.
We’ll then take a look at the traits, qualities, and strategies they’ve named as integral in contributing to their success. That discussion will transition into a two-way discussion, in which you can ask questions and share your own perspective.

Dr. Corey Malnikof is CEO and Founder of Palmercare Chiropractic and Palmercare Group headquartered in Northern Virginia. He has inspired and motivated thousands of people at a wide range of companies.
Dr. Nisha Saggar-Patel, Ariya Family Chiropractic Centers
Dr. Nisha Saggar-Patel and Dr. Minesh Patel are the founders of Ariya Family Chiropractic Centers, with six office locations located throughout Richmond and the surrounding areas. Ariya offices just celebrated 20 years of service in the community. Both doctors graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, in 2003.

Dr. Chris Perron, Perron Chiropractic
Dr. Chris Perron is the founder of Perron Chiropractic in Reston. He graduated from Life University in 1996 and has been caring for patients for 28 years. During that time, he has managed both successful insurance and cash practices, served as president of the UVCA, was named UVCA’s 2021 Chiropractor of the Year, and is an author and speaker.
