Description

Certified Laser Practitioner (CLP)

In person, university-certified, competency-based training.
12 hours instruction, 1 hour exam
Certification from University of Bridgeport*

PURPOSE, OVERVIEW OF COURSE

Lasers are powerful tools for relieving pain, reducing inflammation, and stimulating resolution in injured tissues.  You can accomplish a lot with a moderately capable laser and the "point and shoot" strategy: point the laser at the lesion and turn on the emission.

You can accomplish much more with laser competency.

This university-certified course provides for patient safety and regulatory security, but also provides technical and clinical insights and strategies for proficiency with laser therapy. Integrating laser therapy with other modalities, and using knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological anatomy and function, laser therapy becomes  a vital tool for conditions commonly encountered in chiropractic clinics.

Step beyond the "What setting do I use for this patient with - - ?" stance into a scientifically framed but pragmatic approach to leveraging this tool and your expertise with your patients. Become the Certified Laser Practitioner in your community.
