Important Information and Deadlines for those attending the Live Courses in Virginia

This course is designed to be a hybrid format with three modules being offered through online, on-demand learning and two modules being offered as two 20-hr weekend sessions.

You can begin the online content immediately upon enrolling in the course and will need to complete the milestones listed below BEFORE attending the live course weekends (including any quizzes/assessments).

Attendance for the live in-person weekends is mandatory. More details to come regarding hotel room blocks in the local area.

NBCE Acupuncture Board Exam

All schedules outlined below work under the assumption that you will complete the full certification course after the final live weekend. You can view 2025 Acupuncture Board Exam dates on the NBCE website when the schedule is released here: https://mynbce.org/deadlines-spec/

Course Schedule

Immediately Upon Enrolling - Module 1 released and open for learning

**Module 1 coursework must be completed before attending the live course date (including all quizzes)**

May 31-June 1, 2025 - Module 2 In-Person Training Course in VA

**all of Module 1 must be completed prior to attending (including all quizzes).**

Ongoing - Modules 3 and 4 open for learning
**Modules 3 and 4 coursework must be completed before attending the final live course weekend (including all quizzes)**

June 14-15, 2025- Module 5 In-Person Final Training Course in VA

**all of Modules 1-4 must be completed prior to attending (including all quizzes).**

Live Training Weekend Information

Each In-Person Weekend Follows the same Agenda:

Saturday 8am - 6pm (lunch from 12:30pm - 2pm)
Sunday   8am - 6pm (lunch from 12:30pm - 2pm)

        Course pricing is as follows:

Modules 1, 3 and 4 are Completed Online in a Self-Paced Format

Modules 2 and 5 are In-Person
 

Registration Cut off Dates:

For 5/30-31/2025 weekend cut off date for registration is 5/16/2025.

For 6/13-14/2025 weekend cut off date for registration is 6/1/2025.
